Professional development refers to instructors developing and improving their skills to better meet the needs of their students. At MRC, our Faculty Focus Initiative embraces this idea and attempts to take it to the next level. Activities include reviewing case studies, consultation and coaching, mentoring, technical assistance and a plethora of innovative and cutting edge activities and concepts.
